She's panting a little by the time she pulls herself the rest of the way up. The entire way to the bus stop from her house and then once she got off the last stop she ran. Something she hates doing. But then she freezes momentarily, fingers curled around the rusted metal tightly at the sight of Peter, because honestly, she's not sure if it's worse or better than she was expecting. It was hard to think when your chest felt tight at the idea of something bad having happened to someone you lo-liked a lot. No matter if you had no idea the severity of said bad thing. Scratch that. Not knowing made it worse.
Still. The panic and worry on her face is evident, though.
Swallowing hard MJ jumps over the ledge and onto the roof. Her boots slamming down in urgency with each hurried step towards him until she's able to crouch besides the chair, smiling in relief.]
